Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in the original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
